The ductwork on the HVAC system can last up to 25 years, but the efficiency will begin to decline after 12 years.

When should I replace an HVAC system?

You should replace your HVAC system when utility bills begin to increase, the climate is unequal in each room of your home, if it’s old, and if it has had more than three repairs.
